A holiday weekend can make dieting difficult. But, I did not eat bread at the bbq yesterday and ate only one plate of food. I exercised early in the day, so I burned some of my intake off. The same today. No bread! I hope I can keep this up. I had chicken salad today and that is high calorie. I need to find a low cal recipie.
