I am frustrated with how slow my weight loss is going! I know that I don't meet the 1500 calorie target every day (an unfortunately had an awful day on Friday) BUT I am still eating a lot lot less than before ( I was eating 2500-3000 calories a day before this) AND I now exercise at least 3 times a week...I was really hoping I would be 10 stone by now (I'm 10 stone 4 ounces) :(((((
