The last three days have been VERY, VERY stressful, and I have definitely NOT being following my eating plan. I really need to turn things around today and stop my current emotional eating binge.

its hard to stop emotional eating its like a roller coaster- you cause your sad then you eat more cause you blew the day so you might as well enjoy it LOL
we have all been there- every day every bite is a choice- choose what you know is right-

I understand what your saying. I finally had to realize that when I ate to control my stress I created more stress long term. I've learned to stop, take a deep breath, and tell myself if I really still want it it will be there an hour from now. Then I go excercise, clean, take a shower or do something away from the kitchen. I've been on an emotional roller coaster the past two days, but I've managed to keep from emotional eating this way. You can stop and continue to treat yourself with the respect you deserve by eating well. Make yourself something special you CAN have. The High fat low carb as stated by Cpmodem really does help with cravings.
