Been struggling these past few months but managed to keep dropping the weight every week. have not gained anything since last year. a combination of a good diet, exercise and rest definitely helps reduce the weight.

im happy and i'm not giving up.
300.7 lb Lost so far: 74.1 lb.    Still to go: 124.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
