O'hara's Journal, 21 February 2011

Weekends are hard, but I did stick to it. However, I realized that I am definitely an emotional eater. Yesterday morning, my best friend's stepdaughter was killed in a car wreck. I felt so awful and thoughts of comfort food and sweets ran through my head on numerous occasions. But, I didn't give in. It's an achievement.
