Stuck to the calorie count really well. I've eaten out twice this past week and still managed a loss. woot woot!

good job! I ate out so much last week and I didnt gain, but certainly didnt lose! Plus when I had dinner reservations I had no time and had to skip the gym.. Do you have trouble counting your calories for what you ate out?

EmDi - If I eat at a chain restaurant, I go to their website and look at nutrition info prior to eating there. That way I can make better choices. I do have a really hard time counting calories when it's not a chain. At this point I eat what I eat and google it when I get home.
