I started this change in my life Weighting in @ 303 lbs Last year I now Weight 278.2. That's a total of 14.7lb off I am taking it off slow so it stays off. If I have learned anything I have learned you can not rush weight loss if you take it off fast you are not learning anything, you are DIETING and not learning to change your eating habits, you will go right back to your old eating ways. I have 158 lb to go but I only take it 10 lb at a time. I am doing this for my health, I have Height Blood pre assure, Diabetes, Diverticulitis,Sleep Apnea, etc. all the Medical problems that come with being over weight.

1627 kcal Fat: 39.23g | Prot: 67.46g | Carb: 251.45g.   Breakfast: International Delight hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Artisan French Baguettes, I can't believe its not butter, Egg (Whole). Lunch: I can't believe it's not butter, Artisan French Baguettes, Nutrisystem Chicken A La King . Dinner: Progresso Light Soup, Olive Oil, tomatoe, green pepper, lettuce, cucumber. Snacks/Other: Grapes, Yoplait Light Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame, Laughing Cow Light French Onion Cheese Wedges, New York Style Pretzel Flatz. more...
