I have only been recording my weekly weight on Fatsecret. I've decided that for the next few days I am going to record what I am eating. Maybe it will give me some insite as to whether or not I am eating too many carbs, sugar, salt, etc. It has taken me 9 months to lose 17 pounds. We will see how it goes.
