Crap I had dinner so late and had ramen noodles which was carb, so gained .4 kg in one night.

Please do not eat dinner later than six o'clock.

Just eat vegetables
120.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
