I prepared roasted vegetables today for lunch and loved it. I ate some ham with it for the protein. I am definitely putting my love of carbs behind me and falling in love with veggies. On the menu tonight, baked tilapia.
This site has now officially overshadowed my obsession with FaceBook. Now if I could just channel my obsession to housecleaning, everything would be much better.
