Difficult to record last nights dinner. I went to a staff meeting/dinner and did my best to stay on plan. I had taquitos and mixed it was salsa and guacamole and cheese. Tried to get the meat out but then gave up and ate 2 with the shell. Not much in the veggie department and I planned to eat some when I got home but I wasn't hungry.
