**MORNING WORKOUT** 1)Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" (managed to do ALL OF IT!!! YAY!!!)
***UPDATE*** YAY! Managed to get an evening workout in! Now if only I could manage to do 2 workouts everyday without screwing up on the eating part. What annoys me, though, is when I eat less than my daily amount, and still either lose only 1/2 a pound or NONE at all. THAT is extremely frustrating. Almost (if not as much) as gaining weight from poor eating. Right now, though, I need to focus on WHAT I'm eating and how much of it.
