OK...I have not been following my exercise routine like I should. I have been doing long walks but not the 5-10 minutes 5 times a day. Today is a new day. My weight is way up and I am about to bring it back down. I will start back with the 5 exercise routines a day and on fri. I intend on seeing some results!
