Frustrating that I have gained weight even though I have been running four days a week, with a total of 13-14 miles per week. But I have to remember that I don't believe my first weigh in was accurate and weight is not what is the most important for me in this process. I feel better and I am happier with my appearance.
W:H = 37.5:38 = 0.987
Havnt been counting calories for the last two weeks. I am sure that has also contributed. I am getting back into it today.
