I am fairly discouraged. My hormones I think are going crazy because I have had a non-stop on and off period which causes me to gain and lose 10lbs at random.

Besides that, I have yet to lose another inch. I was successful at losing 1 inch a month from all spots and this month I haven't lost any and it is the 24th.

I work out so hard...I eat so helthy...I eat so little (serving sizes) and I have not been getting the results that I want.

I even gave up my weekly slow-churned Ice Cream *cry*. It has been a month now and that didn't change anything.

Is 872 your kcal for the day?? Because if so, you may be eating too little.. I'm 6'1" and I used to weight 266 lbs (down to 195ish now, because of a recent gain) and I was obese and couldn't lose weight because I was eating too little..
