My knee is a lot better thankfully. I can walk around again. Well, more like shuffeling around. I still have a bad limp and when I get up after sitting it's pretty stiff for a few minutes. But I'm seeing approvement everyday so that's good. I kept eating to a minimum while I was sitting still for a few days and then a bit more as I was walking around. I weighted myself two days ago. The scale wasn't as accurate, but the lowest weight it indicated was 130.6 and the highest was 131.6 kg. In between my sisters birthday happened and I can see it in the numbers. I'm back up at 132.6 kg. So I'm going to try best to keep eating a minimum again. That doesn't mean i'm starving myself by the way. Just that i try to keep with the two fruits,a glass of milkproduct, an egg or some nuts and a slice of bread here and there.For during the day. And for dinner I'm trying to focus on the veggies as a main course instead of pasta or rice. It actually worked pretty well last week, it keeps me from overeating carbs. I eat my veggies,then my carbs and then another round of veggies instead of the other way around. Soo up to a new week.I'm totally stressed for exams next week. I have 5 in 3 days :'( but besides that i'm feeling good and optimistic.
