got on the scale this morning and was pleased to see some loss ! yeah Baby. did a big power walk last night and just had a salad for dinner. Really feeling motivated now😁😁
151.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
