I’ve had those thoughts as well in the past. But purging only brings complications. Like gallbladder problems, bad teeth from the stomach acids, you can even cause a brain aneurysm. Not to mention heart problems. The list goes on. It was only one pudding. Next meal will be on your plan. It’s not a mess up. You needed a treat. You can do this❣️🤗

Don't be so hard on yourself. You're only human. Just go on by eating clean your next meal. Malva pudding is lekker, hope you enjoyed it. And good on you for not trying to vomit. It's tough, but you are tougher. Big hugs

I just took a look at your journal. You’re doing great, we all have hiccups. I for one have been going backwards. Keep going. And don’t do anything that can be detrimental to your health. A treat is not a bad thing. It might help get things going. Remember a gain on the scale doesn’t mean a gain of fat. It’s just water retention or you need a good poop 😂 don’t let it affect your decisions. It just lets you know what might be causing you to retain water or make you constipated etc. Even exercise can cause water retention. And then you see a whoosh.

I don't own a scale and I actually believe that's a blessing... I use measurements, the feel of clothes to see where I'm at. Like fatgirlslim1982 said, it could be water weight, check where you are in your cycle...you can gain water weight as soon as two days before your period...I get all bloated like a week before my period ...Keep on going. You are eating healthy, it will show. you have the support of your FS family 🌱 Love and strength to you💛

Hey hun - I follow this account on Instagram bodysmartfitness. One thing I took away, if you do measure your success by the scale then weigh everyday for a week and take your average and you will then know if you lost that week. Weight fluctuates everyday

Nobody is perfect and weight gain isn't permanent🌸. The past is history. Pick yourself up and move forward💚.

❤️❤️ if you have a chance look over some of my images I posted about my weight loss graph and how it’s literally always up and down but over time the the downs are more than the ups. It’s hard but I have forced myself to record the ups and downs to remind myself that is life because I can control my calories in and out but I can’t control my hormones, water retention, bowel movements etc. Don’t loose heart 👏👏👏

Rather check cm! Imagine drinking 500g of water...tou will weigh 500g more than just 2 seconds ago. Your period can also make you bloated and gain water weight. Just stick to it, it's a long process and requires long term commitment. You can do it!!

Don’t be so hard on yourself when you mess up one day. Just keep going. Make up the next day. Take care of yourself ♥️ its a journey not a race
