Dont feel I did very well yesterday..I have two pieces of pizza last nihgt when I knew I shouldn't have eatten that pizza. Not only that I didnt have time to exercise because I was busy being a mom. I need to learn to put myself first. I did something for my daughter that was something that didnt have to be done that day. She has a way of manipulating me. And the sad thing is I let her because I love her. I need to learn how to say no to her sometimes. Well here is my second day..so far so good. Pray I dont cheat tonight and have time to go outside and run. It is beautiful outside and Im in good spirits! Oh I did weigh myself this morning feeling I gained but nope still at 173.5.
