I am going running tonight with my old running partner. Haven't been running in a really, really long time (probably run 4.5 miles. Seems like a lot for the first time in a while, but that's just the way I roll.
Food has been pretty good today. I've haven't eaten any sweet tarts nor any candy and I'm already having my second snack of the day (abs diet style). Three main meals and three snacks.
Anxious to go running.
