Weight up a bit and doing a bad job of logging food/activity but overall doing well. It has been really nice this week so I have been riding my bike into work on non-gym days (Tuesday & Thursday).
I have finalized plans for a summit of Mount Baker next month so will be focusing effort until then on preparing for the climb.
