I just want to remind myself of my mini goal. I want to be around 138 pounds by April 16. I'm 154 now so I need to lose 16 pounds in 8 weeks. That is 2 lbs/wk. I have to stay motivated, I know I can do this but I need to stay focused. To this point I did not get cravings, but I am beginning to now. I want to keep reminding myself "eat to live and live to eat" I want to stay on Induction til April 16 and maybe take a break for a few days (Will not go crazy during break but definitely will consume for than 20 carbs) and then go back on Induction until am closer to my final goal weight. I have to do this! I know I can do this! I WILL DO THIS!
