So I was sick for the past few days...which means no gym. Except that I actually did a Body Step class last night strongly against the recommendations of my personal trainer...oh well...it means I'm motivated right?!?!?

Anyway...I'm still on track. I had a few more cookies (and by a few I mean 4) yesterday than I would have liked, but was still on my calorie goal because I was whenever I wasn't eating a cookie and was only eating the cookies because they were fast and convenient; I had NO energy to get up and make something healthy.

Tomorrow will be my second C25K run and I'm looking forward to starting off my 1st Friday of the program going strong! Last time I did it at 4am it really made the rest of my day great; I felt motivated, energized, and healthy which was great!

Tomorrow night I know we have plans to go out for a friend's birthday to TGI Fridays...HELP! I love to drink socially and I love food so my goal is to eat before we go and just get alcohol at the bar. I feel like that's a decent compromise to getting both loads of drinks and food at the restaurant...Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated though!

Saturday and Sunday will bring more workout days! I'm looking forward to the Body Pump/Step/Combat classes [not sure which one(s) I will take] as well as to finishing my last C25K for this week! YAY!
