went to cancer Dr today ,,, and was so happy about the scale ,, with cloths on 223 with cloths off 218 I need to go down down down ,,, Love eating my veggies these days <3 no bad report form Dr low on iron ,, gonna take the meds for when women who are pg for iron ,, any ways very tired and have a big day aheaded of me tomorrow a coworkers husband passed he has been sick almost since I stated back in 2006 I feel so badly for her <3 she has had it really rough 3 jobs and taking care of her husband <3 Love ya Lord for this awesome day Please be there for my Co-worker & son & family <3 Love ya Much Dolores Lynn <3 Proud of ya for not given up <3 FS Family good night God Bless take care of that awesome body God has given ya <3
