I am off work on the weekends and It is the hardest time for me to diet. I get up of a morning, and I cook breadkfast. I cook lunch. The end of the day, I cook supper and I cook and I eat. Yesterday, we were not home and we ate at one of those all you can eat places. I should have stayed with vegies and fruits, but truth is, I ate way to much. It was the only meal I ate, but It doesn't work. I worked all night Friday. I got up at noon on Saturday. We traved to a neighborings town. I ate super at 6:30pm and I over ate.

Would it help if you wrote everything down that you eat? Maybe plan the day before what you will be having the next day? The all you can eat places are really hard to deal with, I have not been in one of those places for years. Too much temptation. What can you do to make all this work better for you. Hang in here, you can do this even though it is hard at times. :-)

I understand, I went to all you eat buffet, try to control myself.... but after listing everything I ate, I realize I ate over 1700 cal. in one meal(plus had other food that day. Writting everything down does helps a lot..... keep at it, I know you can do... one day at a time!
