Today is day 1. I just looked at the pictures from the wedding and while in some pictures I look ok, in others I looked horrible. I want to not be worried about what angel the picture is going to be taken from or if I'm paying attention or not. I want to not always suck it in. I want to be able to wear a crop top. I want to be able to say I looked the best I ever have. I want to put anything on. I want to be a size 8 in my waist. The food is just one step, I know I need to work out and after this week I'll have my gym membership sorted out. Remember this feeling, because once I start looking good know that I can look even better. Just get to 160 at first and go from there.
