Life starts running you down at times and those tires leave marks. My goals are still the same...just not doing the homework like I should have for the past few weeks. I stopped tracking calories and skipped the workouts and I've pretty much ended up where I was before so it didn't really hurt myself but it's a bad habit that I should break now.
Focus and perseverance are my words for the day. Old age will catch up to me eventually but I can keep a good lead for a long time so its time to run!
