Its a keto pizza so the base is zero carb. Mozzarella cheese (1 and 3/4 cups) plus 2 tablespoons of philedelphia cream cheese melted in microwave. Add 3/4 cups of ground pork crackle (or almond meal also works but it higher carb) salt and 1 egg. Mix till it forms a "dough" and spread it on greaseproof paper. Bake in oven on both sides till browned. Add pizza toppings and bake again. Bit of mucking around but worth it. The pizza bases freeze well so I make a few batches.
