Day 46 and things are still going great! I am feeling really good and this week has been realy good to me. I have been able to work out all week long and feel GREAT about it. I will weigh in at the end of the week, but I can totally feel the changes continue. I received the best compliment today from a guy at work that has not seen me in about 4 months. It was a wonderful feeling and it feels good to know that people are noticing and also that I am noticing. I think I am going to treat myself to a little shopping spree tonight....can't wait to purchase some more pants that actually fit me! Keep up the great work everyone!!!
