It’s a lovely rainy spring day here in Central Alberta! Using my bread maker to bake a loaf of whole wheat bread. I can’t imagine going back to purchased bread now. It’s a little more dense than you buy, but I have learned to either slice it very thin, or cut a regular slice in two. Tastes great, lots of fiber, and no preservatives or other mystery chemicals!

It was like that for me too, for first 3 or 4 months I had the bread machine. You get used to it though.
