Ok - 2 lbs in 2 days. Damn good! I know it won't last though since it's water weight, but it's a start.

I'm proud of myself that I haven't broken down and eaten any of the Valentine goodies that people have brought into the office. That's really hard with a sweet tooth as big as mine!
266.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 106.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
