Todays lunch includes some egg salad made with greek yogurt, 2 slices bacon, and 2 slices ham. Snap peas, carrots, and cucumber. Fresh hen eggs were gifted to us and they are awsome!!

Love the veggies, 7-9 cups of fruits and vegetables a day, good way to fill full and crowd out the stuff you don’t need.
