I am now adding NO TREATS for the rest of this week (thru Sunday). I need to get my cravings under control and I know that by avoiding sugary treats it will get my insulin level under control and then I will be able to ease back into it by just having one small treat per day. I really think this will help me lose the 10 lbs. that I would like to lose.
