Ate a Red Velvet cupcake for breakfast yesterday. I felt like crap all day long after that. Head in a fog and a lot of pressure. Couldnt think straight. Eating an apple helped. This event made me rethink what I'm eating and why I'm now using this website again. I'm logging what I eat so I can track trends.
