a bit disappointed and yet need to give myself credit that this is a learning process. My daughter had a birthday party to go to at a pizza place. I had a salad (didn't double check about the carbs in peas). I didn't touch the pizza or the bread which was good. I was trying to find some meat and they had some chili. I poured a cup but didn't finish it. I was feeling ok with the salad but really wanted some protein. I wish my phone was a smart phone and I could have checked before I had that chili. Thats what really pushed me over. I do have to say 39.25 is still ALOT less then my previous eating habits. When reviewing my previous foods I learned I was consuming 140-190 NET CARBS!! TOmorrow is a brand new day and I will stick to the 20!!
