4.5 pounds in three weeks, can I do it? Honest answer? I don't know! Lame, I know, especially since the bar is set pretty low. And it's a start without the most positive attitude but I've dissappointed myself in the past. I've gotten SO close to my ultimate goal of 150 lbs but I have this habit of yo-yo dieting and am trying to cut it out.
I've been feeling like a blob since the holidays and it's definitely starting to show around the waist line. Phase 1 of Dr. Ann Gittleman's diet: here we go!
