Woohoo! The flax seeds are working. I'm trying to sprinkle a healthy dose in each meal since I think they are tasteless. Sometimes the crunching doesn't go with what I'm eating but who cares! I only record 1 serving each day of the flax seed because I don't think I go over 2 tablespoons. Maybe I do, but it doesn't hurt when they have almost as much fiber as they do carbs. Like about 90% as much.
Now, I can't wait to weigh in tomorrow. Considering whether to do the Wii or run tonight.

I was just researching ways to lower my triglycerides and flax seed came up as a natural way to help doing that. I will be picking some up this weekend. Do you use any other supplements like omega3/fish oil?

I used to use fish oil, but I am bad at keeping up with my pills and supplements. I now like to buy things that have thing like Omega 3 in them. Like my Smart Balance Sour Cream. Buy whole flax seeds, not flax seed meal or flax seed oil. When doing my research I read that flax seed oil has a short shelf life (of days not weeks). So I am operating under the assumption that I can always grind up the flax seed into meal, or cook down the flax seed to get the oil, or just put it on everything (which is what I have been doing).
