Turns out, for whatever reason, I just need to weigh myself at night.

31st - ~159 (~7am)
1st - no weigh in
2nd - 164 (~7am), 159.9 (~5pm)
3rd - 164 (~7am), 159.8 (~5pm)

Weird!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For me it's the opposite. When I weigh myself when I wake up right after I pee, I weigh my least then as the day goes on I weigh more. It's just fluid fluctuation in our bodies. I know when I wake in the morning I'm always so thirsty
