I'm so hungry today! I feel like I ate a lot, but I tried to stick to healthy snacks and small portions so it kept the calories down a bit. I tracked every single thing I nibbled on, it wasn't as bad as I'd thought. My friends keep trying to get me to eat stuff, it's so annyoing.
I'm going jogging tonight though, yay.

I read that you have to eat at least 1,200 calores to lose weight, but yesterday I wasn't hungry at all really, so I was quite a bit under. I don't think that will be a problem today!
