Trying hard to hit the 40lb. goal..still struggling. Went up a bit at end of last week...ate out one night and a bit more than I should. Now that I got back to where I was last week, trying to move forward. People are starting to tell me I look great....big boost. Still allowing my family's needs to come before mine which keeps me from exercising as much as I would like. Need to get serious again...I may put on a bathing suit tonight.....just to remind me how far I still want to go.
