Ok going in strong want to get fit of summer - going to increase my running yo actually doing it! Do not want to look in the mirror at a clothes shop and feel like crying.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
