Yesterday was a nice weigh day, 214.2 lbs but it was also feed day. So today I'm 216.6 lbs. I'm just glad I'm not 217. But I am looking forward to getting out of the teens altogether. I joined the gym, and workout is tomorrow, arm day. Been sore since Thursday which was leg day. Today is fast day... intermittent fasting.
