Although I only work 5 Saturdays a year I felt that I was prepared. I realize that just knowing the foods you are going to take with you is not enough. I found my self not being able to take care of myself. I began to reach for foods to make my stomach stop hurting. Then when I came home I was starving and began to eat the things I want to give up. I need to cut the fruit small enough so I may eat while I am doing what I am doing. I must then have a meal that I would like to eat ready for when I get home.
