first day with the fatsecret website. Seems like it will be an easy way to keep track of my food and exercise. Be nice to know the nutritional content of the things I am eating and try to stay under 1600 calories per day. Going to start the exercise challenge on monday, walking 1 mile per day. this will definately be good for me since I haven't been exercising. Found some good recipies to try out on the site too.
