So I finished p90x3 this month and was really pleased with the results. I hit my goal weight easily and my fitness and nutrition are both in a much better place now. Going forward, I plan to continue to use FatSecret to keep myself accountable. As far as "diet", I never did one. I just ate cleaner where possible, didn't drink my calories, and didn't go crazy on the intake. I'll keep that up. Now I'm transitioning into a new fitness routine. For this month, I'm running 1 mile a day minimum (in order to meet the Spartan 30-30 challenge as well as the challenge I joined here) and tossing in a partial or full Workout Of the Day from WODDRIVE.COM
