Much better on the Carbs today if I stick to my plan! I plan to go to CRT at the gym this morning-it is an extremly challenging class for me. I did not go to the gym yesterday morning I was too tired after work. It is sometimes a struggle to get to the gym in the mornings even if I do not work the night before! I work this weekend so it will be a long week of work for me. My abs and legs are still sore from Pilates on Tuesday morning. RN's are now carrying phones on them at all times at work, cumbersome but convienent. My sister sent my RJ's baseball schedule so I will have some summer outdoor time wathich him, should be fun. My friend/roomie Andrea gets paid on Friday so off to the grocery store (for 4+ hours) it will be. Frusterating to say the least.
