Day 2 of the 6 week 100 Push Ups and 200 Sit Ups program did not go as well as day 1. I was very sore which limited me, but I pushed through the best I can. But, at 300 lbs, I think I am doing well.
My diet is going very well, and I have been able to be following it to a tee. I feel so much better in the morning when I wake up.
