Day 4 of the GNC Womens Energy and Metabolism Energy pack. Yesterday I was drowsy and lethargic, took them in a little bit different order today. Took the Multi Vit, the Fish Oil and the Burn 60 this morning, will take the second Multi Vit, the Green Tea and the Carnitine at lunch time. Going to try and track my calroies better, and hopefully get a workout in after work. Need to start kicking myself in the butt and make things happen today. The Seattle type of weather is not helping the mood one bit, so I guess I will have to make my own sunshine. We will see how it goes today!
