Off to a slow start with the weight loss in week 1 only losing half a kilo. I will blame the fact there were two long weekends and my birthday in between! Thankfully this week there should be limited tempatations.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
