You can do this. The fact that your weight has stayed relatively steady and not gone up by 30 or 60 lbs shows you can control your intake. Set a calorie limit that will result in loss and commit to following it rigorously for a month. Add a little more regular activity than you are doing currently. Check your weight at the end of the month. For me, the key is making a good start and showing a drop of 10+ pounds. That gives me some encouragement and spurs me on to a little more activity and greater conviction to stock to the food plan. We're all in you corner here.
