This year so far has been a struggle. First of all I’ve not been on here in a while and it feels I’m all alone in my journey. Also I’ve not been active either, even though I have been maintaining my current weight. I’m really tired of weighing anything near 200lbs. I’ve always been 87lbs but this is ridiculous for my body to handle. Anyone out there who can give me some moral support would greatly be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
208.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 108.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

we did not gain it in a day so we cannot lose it in a week you are doing fine it just takes time and some work and as you lose you will be able to move easier I wish you the best of luck and you will find lots of support here

You can do it. It does take time but if you look at the small victories along the way it helps.

You can do this. The fact that your weight has stayed relatively steady and not gone up by 30 or 60 lbs shows you can control your intake. Set a calorie limit that will result in loss and commit to following it rigorously for a month. Add a little more regular activity than you are doing currently. Check your weight at the end of the month. For me, the key is making a good start and showing a drop of 10+ pounds. That gives me some encouragement and spurs me on to a little more activity and greater conviction to stock to the food plan. We're all in you corner here.
